| Requirements: | Experience in using WebLogic application server. Experience in designing complex web applications on various development platform. Experience in the design, implementation and deployment of Java SE, JDBC, Java Servlets and JavaScript with relational database model applications. Experience working with java-based service-oriented architecture. Experience in SQL object-relational mapping framework. Experience in application testing including design and implementation of test plans. Experience in working with HL7 messages. Experience in designing interfaces with SAS server environment. Qualification: Bachelors Degree with 5 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities: Provide technical leadership to the project team in order to ensure that system support is maintained during the Software Development Life Cycle. Develop system design for improving ECLRS performance; receiving non-human results (for example: mosquito, mammal, and tick) from labs and populating to CDESS vector surveillance system; archive ECLRS database to improve performance; add a new drug overdose syndrome to ESSS; designing a new database for accepting urgent care canter data. Provide system technical specification documents. Participate in testing, evaluation, and implementation of related software products in order to ensure the software used in the project is compatible from end to end. Manage code promotions for ECLRS and ESSS through each stage of testing. Manage tasks assigned to programmers within the project team. |
