Venkata S Machavolu, (Chief Technology Officer) - Mr.Venkat is Founder and Chief Technology & Innovation officer and leads the company’s Technology Innovation & R&D group. He is also a member of iQuadra’s Global Management Committee. In addition to overseeing iQuadra’s technology strategy, Venkat has responsibility for driving innovation through R&D activities in iQuadra’s Labs and leveraging emerging technologies to bring the newest innovations to clients globally. He has over 20 years of experience in implementing various technologies ranging from SOA implementations to Database management & Infrastructure management.
Venkat has played a key role in evolving iQuadra’s technology business to respond to changes in the industry. Having worked in India (Mumbai) & United States in the areas of manufacturing, financial, e-commerce, Insurance & Banking Sectors, Mr.Venkat, is well versed in the know-how's of Off-Shore & On-Site Global delivery models. Mr. Venkat's vision is to create an ethical Information Technologies Services Company focused on building useful solutions for iQuadra clients. Venkat holds a Bachelor of Technology from Sri Venkateswara University College of Engineering,Tirupati.

Kirti G Patel, (President – Chief Financial Officer) - Mr. Kirti, brings more than a quarter century of business insights and international leadership experience to his position as President – Chief Financial Officer. In this role, Kirti leads iQuadra’s global strategy, and business development efforts aimed at driving growth by increasing consumer and merchant acquisition and engagement across multiple line of business. He also oversees the company’s company’s corporate controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations, financial reporting and analysis, strategic planning and analysis, and corporate development functions. Kirti has worked with companies in various industries.
Being an ex IBM employee, Kirti, is well versed on the off-shore & on-site model and can manage mutliple accounts with ease. Kirti, is a well-oiled in financial management, forecasting, and has that knack of anticipating things before hand, which serves iQuadra, in terms of Business Intelligence.
Kirti holds a Masters in Commerce from Gujarat University- India

Sanjay Khanapure - Sr. Vice President of Engineering and Solution - Sanjay Khanapure plays a critical role in getting iQuadra remain at the forefront of innovation, Execution and Delivery. In his role, Sanjay oversees Technology Platforms & Solution,leading a talented team responsible for the company’s secure, reliable and scalable global infrastructure and strategic core platform, the foundation that enables iQuadra to deliver innovative products and services to consumers and merchants all over the world.
Sanjay brings 20 years of Technology and Leadership experience to direct his team of technologists to drive massive growth and scale across a challenging Development and Automation platform.Sanjay is responsible for all core technologies covering iQuadra data centers, Cloud platform, Cloud Engineering, DevOps implementation, online and offline data infrastructure, internal developer frameworks and tools, and various platform services.
Sanjay is a geek at heart and his passion for learning is evident - he’s constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation, encouraging creative ideas and solutions that solve complex problems with business and technology.
Sanjay holds MBA in Information Management from Mumbai University – India.

Ravi Malladi, ( Director- CTO – OffShore) - Mr.Ravi, founder of Qualone, had been instrumental in aligning himself with the growing organization, iQuadra, for the mutual betterment of opportunities with a much wider range of clientele. With 20 years of excellent experience as a Software Solutions expert, especially in the Oracle ERP world, has brought in a very high value-addition in terms of trained professionals and ERP projects. A great motivator and team player, knows the intricate details of every Software Development Life Cycle, always looks at the broader picture. Having tested the shores on either side of the world, with experience in working in India (Mumbai) and United States, Ravi, has the much needed acumen to understand the language of business community, be it the end-user or the executive of a Fortune 500 company.
